Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining enduring connections with customers.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training sales personnel
- Making phone calls to prospective customers to discuss firm products and promote purchases.
- Providing customer support and, as necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
