Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Accountable and responsible for the sales and business goals of the channel partners for the designated branches.
- Assist/help the RM to create leads, log in potential applications, and inspire and motivate the branch staff in addition to offering support for logging in sourced applications.
- As needed, prospect for and meet with clients inside and outside of the Branch.
- Controlling the interaction between the internal team and the channel partner.
- As the public face of the parent firm, provide the channel partner with every conceivable support.
- Assuring prompt policy issuing and clearing up any outstanding issues
- To assemble a competent and effective group of agents and advisors.
- Insurance sales experience and market exposure.
- Agency channel exposure.
