We Are Hiring For Sales Manager
Job Description :
1. To find potential Financial Advisors and hire them using your personal contacts and references.
2. To arrange for the advisors' training in product training, IRDA procedures and regulations, sales, and soft skills.
3. To generate their Code and schedule the prospect advisor's IRDA Exam.
4. Identify advisors' goals, regularly review them, and inspire them to achieve them in order to get the most business possible from them.
5. Creating contests and organizing campaigns to generate leads for potential clients and advisors.
6. Providing branch manager with reports.
7. Increase mobilization through consistent follow-ups and the development of strong bonds with agents.
8. Ensure that agents are continually informed about new products and underwriting guidelines.
9. Initially they need to visit some customers along with their agents
10. Responsible for motivating, training, mentoring to team.
11. 2 Years External field agency management.
Desired Candidate Criteria :
1. Any Graduate are welcomed.
2. Must be a localize in City for at least an 2 year.
3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from any industry.
4. Candidate should be an excellent team player & should pose good leadership qualities.
5. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network
