Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
- To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- At least 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- Must be localite
- Must have two-wheeler
