Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement initiatives to expand our agency partnerships and market presence.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new agency partners to enhance our network.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on offerings and support for agency partners.
- Provide ongoing training and resources to empower agency partners.
Candidate Requirements :
- 1+ year experience in any sales industry.
- Education : Graduate.
- Age : Between 22 and 38 years
- Strong sales skills and excellent communication skills.
