Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen our agency channel. This role focuses on recruiting, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing agency partners, while also driving sales growth and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new agency partners to grow the company's reach in the market.
- Relationship Management: Build lasting, strong partnerships with agency partners, fostering long-term business success.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the life insurance industry.
