Roles & Responsibility:
- Create your own team.
- You have to train and motivate your team for sales.
- Joint fieldwork along with Your Team.
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business meetings.
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Maintain healthy relationship with customers and distributors.
Candidate Profile:
