Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
In the agency channel, you must find and build your own group of financial advisors from the open market using a marketing strategy, and you must increase business volume by giving them support and training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques to identify potential customer
- Set and attained sales and earnings goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers
- Creating and organizing a range of sales activities
- Providing direction to the sales team and guiding sales improvement tactics
- Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals
- Maintaining technical expertise by participation in conferences and seminars

Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing of any domain
Age: 22 to 38 Years
