Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are in search of a results-driven Sales Manager to assist in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals while maintaining our company's competitive edge and innovation.
Role:
- Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives.
- Source and recruit potential financial advisors and leaders.
- Focus on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage the processes for month-end and year-end closures.
- Conduct fieldwork to maximize customer engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in agency channel exposure
- CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Additional Benefits
