As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and developing business in your designated region. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a sales team to achieve life insurance sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies.

- Build relationships with clients and business partners.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities.

- Train and support sales team members.

Requirement:

A bachelor's degree in Business or a comparable field.

Experience: 1-2 years of sales expertise, preferably within the BFSI sector.
