Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new agents/agencies to expand the sales force across the region.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive business growth through the agency channel.
- Establish strong, long-term relationships with top-performing agents and support them in achieving sales targets.
- Provide continuous training and guidance to agents to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years in business development or sales, ideally within the insurance sector, with a focus on agency channels.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
