Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively communicate the qualities and benefits of luxury items to customers, stay current on their materials, craftsmanship, and brand history.
- Make use of consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and other advanced sales techniques intended for wealthy clients.
- Make sure the sales floor reflects the brand's high-end image and is aesthetically beautiful and well-maintained.
- Refilling and keeping an eye on sales trends will assist manage inventory levels and optimize product availability.
- After a transaction, stay in touch with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner to maintain the brand's excellent reputation.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 1-2 years in sales or relationship management.
- Strong communication.
- Self-motivated, results-driven team player.
