Position: Business Development Manager
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 3 Month to 1 Year in any sales.
CTC: Up To 3.20 LPA + Incentive (Defer as per your Experience and Interview.) It is also negotiable.
Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
Job Description:
- Recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review the agent's performance.
- Help them achieve maximum business.
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards. Execution of sales strategy. Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestion, Lead Generation, and Advice.
