Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
A Business Development Manager is responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
- Research and analyse sales.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Help them achieve maximum business.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication
- Strong leadership skills
