Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-4 yrs)

- Graduation in Any stream
- Age required between 21 to 38 Years
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Field

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Job Roles and Duties :
- Create an adequate plan to enhance marketing and build the business. The marketing plan would have a formulation of business strategies and execution schedules.
- Drive new business presentations in line with the company's strategy.
- Provide a broad range of marketing & communication support
- Manage existing relations with existing clients
- Build new relationships with prospective customers.
- Attend events and conferences, research new events to attend, and organize internal and external company events.
- Optimizing Marketing and pricing Strategies.
- Responsibility for Leading their Teams.
- Set Up sales goal, and maintain Client Relation.
- Build relation With Agent and customer.
