Experience : 2+ Years of experience in sales and Marketing, 6 + month experience require in last company

Graduate : Any Bachelor Degree

Age : 24 to 35 Years

Must Have Bike and DL

CTC: Up TO 2.75LPA, Salary + Incentive (Defer as per your Experience and Interview.) It is also negotiable.

Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory

Job Description :

- Recruitment and management of Agents

- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.

- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/ products. Monitor and review agent's performance.

- Help them achieve maximum business.

- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

- Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment

- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestion, Lead Generation, and Advice.

- Position of Team Leader.
