Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Formulate and oversee a team of agents dedicated to the promotion of life insurance products, enhancing sales performance, and fostering business expansion within the agency channel.
Roles And Responsibilities::
- Hire, guide, and train the sales team to meet sales objectives.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue generation.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and partners.
- Track market trends and competitor actions.
Candidate Criteria::
- Graduate degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Field Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
