Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies.
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the sales team.
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents.

- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's life insurance products to improve communication.
Requirements :
- Experience in life insurance, preferably in agency roles.
