Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
As an Assistant Acquisition Manager, your role would typically involve supporting the acquisition team in generating new business and expanding the customer base.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering assistance and support as needed.
- Create and present to clients sales presentations.
- Support the creation and execution of acquisition plans and campaigns to meet corporate goals.
- Track and assess campaign performance metrics, offer commentary, and offer data-driven suggestions for improvement.
- Actively cultivate leads for new account openings by promoting CASA goods to prospective consumers.
- Identify and target potential clients through a variety of techniques, including networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and referrals.
- Create and preserve long-lasting connections with consumers by offering superior customer service.
Qualification, Experience & Attributes :
- Any Graduate Can Apply
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Field Work Required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
