Manager - Business Development - Insurance (0-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Will motivate, train and guide agents (existing direct agents, inactive agents, poor-performing agents, Orphan agents, and New agents).
- will procure fresh premiums through agents attached to you.
- Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
- Develop agents in line with the career development/training requirements of the Company
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Agency Development & Growth
- Cascading the channel's strategy and major areas of attention to achieve the objectives.
- Leading the team and establishing specific goals to ensure agent recruitment, training, and development.
- Management of intermediaries; - Ongoing training to be organized to boost IMD cross-selling productivity.
- Fostering talent within the channel and creating a second in line.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience: Minimum 2 years- experience of sales
- Desired background
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas;
- Practical experience with CRM and other software;
- Understanding of various sales methodologies and pipeline management;
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools;
- Outstanding communication skills
