- Sending Advisor for the IRDA training and getting them to be licensed.

- Getting other trainings for Life Advisors about Companys different kind of Financial Plans, Financial planning in a tax manner way, cold calls and Phone calls, sales or marketing techniques, Global Financial Market knowledge, and the Source of business in Life Insurance Industry.

- After training, getting Advisor to be independent Life Advisor through going with them for some sales calls and showing them practically how to close a call and achieve Rising Star sales target contest first and driving through other contests s showing how much commission Advisor is getting.

- Giving whatever the help and support to Life Advisor in terms of getting business, customer service and customer relationship.

- Getting activated all the Licensed Life Advisors every month with maximum number of policies and Received Premiums.
