Function and Duties:

- Recognize the new product's specifications and make sure the dealers are well-informed.

Educate prospective corporate on how to reduce learning and development expenses, retain talent longer, and match organizational objectives with employee upskilling objectives.

- Arrange and extend an invitation to influential corporate decision-makers to meet with leaders in academia to build positive relationships.

- Develop a rapport with important decision-makers at training facilities, both current and prospective.

Ensure strategic alignment by carrying out comprehensive evaluations of prospective corporates.

Comprehend the market dynamics, competition, and business model in great detail.

- Remain current on market advancements, rival product offerings, and industry trends.

Implement promotional strategies and campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.

Collaborate closely with the group to meet predetermined goals for recovery and make a positive impact on departmental objectives.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
