Manager - Business Development/Institutional Sales - Healthcare (6-8 yrs)

Brief About Job Role:
- Accountable for Business Development for the concerned Zone.
- To promote health & wellness services to new corporate, retain existing clients
- Create new leads & aggressively grow & retain the market share
- Leverage relationships with corporate to pitch Occupational Health Centre's to the market.
- Write effective proposals for clients
- Innovate bundled VAS for clients
- Ability to network and create working relationships with Hospital, Pharmacy & Clinics
- Develop vendor relationships with existing & future vendors
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage workforce deployment
- Manage costs & expenses judiciously
- Getting Sponsorship for our New Programs and events, with self-motivation.
- Coordinating with various corporate to initiate the programs.
- Managing the local office and overseeing the performance of the staff.
- Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.
Salary Offered: 8-10 LPA
