- The selected candidates will be designated as Business Development Manager and will be responsible for sales and customer interaction.
- Through these interactions, the BDMs analyze a student's need for Toppr and helps him/her buy the subscription.
- BDMs at the company is enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality.

Requirements & Job Details :
Product: Coding Blocks
Vertical: Inside sales
Position: Business Development Manager (US Process)
CTC bracket: up to 9 lacs (max up to 10% hike)
Location: Powai - Mumbai
- Individual contributor role
- Target: 4 lacs/week
- MBA/PGDM or B.Tech/BE from recognized institutes. B.Com or equivalent graduates from reputed colleges can also apply.
- Sales: 2+ yrs exp into B2C sales or Inside Sales
- Any Industry
- Reporting to: GM/AGM - inside sales
- Shift time: 9pm - 9am
- Work from office right from 1st day of training (Location: Powai, Supreme Business Park)
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiner
- There will not be any week offs. Candidate will get a week off only if they achieve targets
- Policy to use your own Laptop & Android phone
- No relocation charges & no travel allowances
- 2 rounds of interviews (Video call)
