We have recently launched our new project CODR. It's online learning for coding from 1st to12th-grade students.
Please find below the details:
Designation: Business Development Manager (Inside Sales)
Salary: up to 9Lac (20-25% hike on current + weekly incentives)
Working time: 10 AM to 9 PM (11-12 hours will be stretched)
Week off: Tuesday
Product: Online coding
Sales process: Domestic
Job Description:
- Leads will be provided by the company
- Attending sessions with clients and convincing to buy the product
- Doing warm calling and follow-ups with the clients
- Making sure that the deal is closed on time
- Achieving the given targets
Job Specification:
- Good/Excellent communication
- Presentable
- High on energy
- Convincing skills
- Objection handling skills
- Urgency creation
- Spontaneous
Interview Rounds:
Round 1 - HR
Round 2 - Operation GM
Round 3 - Operation GM

1) Due to COVID, it's work from home opportunity
