Manager - Business Development - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)
Incumbent will be primarily responsible for generating new leads from across industries offering our HR Services like
Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, in the Human Resources space.
Roles & Responsibilities
Required Competencies:
- He/ She should be highly skilled in Corporate Sales of Services (preferred) and/or Products Sales only in a Business- to-Business model and has an understanding of the Sales Cycle. Prior experience in Client/ Customer Acquisition role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Builds business by identifying and prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by generating prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects as well as recommending solutions to clients.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Involved in Cold-calling to Senior Professionals, CXO level and Decision makers of companies in different sunshine industries and setting up meetings with them

Eligibility
Any Graduate/Post Graduate; Graduate Degree in BMM, BBA, BMS, B.Com, BBI or HR preferred.
