Manager - Business Development - Inkjet Printer (4-10 yrs)
Position Function/ Purpose :
Driving Sales of CSP-Inkjet Printer Products from Online Platforms and NRC Stores
Education:
Graduate; Post Graduate Diploma in Sales Management/ MBA is preferable.
Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of sales experience in any product industry preferably in Electronics with 2-3 yrs. of Key Account Management experience in LFR/Online Sales.
- Some experience in B2B / Channel Sales is preferred.
- Previously worked in the Consumer Electronics/ IT Industry would be highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
MS Office, Excel, PPT
Industry Preference: Experience with OA/IT peripheral Company/Telecom is preferable
Service Industry (into Enterprise Sales) may also be considered
Job Duties:
- Experience in Key Account Management is required.
- Total Management of Online Sales and LFR Sales is required.
- Candidate must be very well versed with Operations of Online Biz.
- Candidate must be very well aware of the market and all recent activities to keep track of competition.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills required along with fluency in language
- Work involves considerable cross functional interaction, hence excellent relationship orientation
- Person should have a sales personality- outgoing, independent, follows-through, prompt decision maker, assertive, good in negotiations and closing.
Other Duties :
- Closely working with the category teams of Key Accounts for inventory planning, stock requirements, pricing, forecasting, and marketing initiatives.
- Working closely with Logistics for timely deliveries of orders placed.
- Monthly Forecasting for future Biz .
- Monthly plans and Sell out Reports
- Own sales plan for purpose of planning and actual business results.
- Expected to update his/her knowledge regularly on market information and competition and share internally with Right Stakeholders.
