Manager - Business Development - HVAC (6-11 yrs)

- We are looking for motivated and well-spoken experienced candidates for the Manager/ Sr. Manager role to join our HVAC Business Development division. (https://www.onehourheatandair.com/frisco/) The primary responsibility of the Manager/ Sr. Manager will be responsible for booking appointments, converting estimates into sales, Accounting & Purchase Operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HVAC process.

- Candidates should have a customer service & sales background , with experience in Outbound calling. Additionally, he should have proven leadership skills, as he will be required to lead a team toward achieving high performance and productivity. He should be proficient in software applications, including CRMs and PBX or IVR calling systems. He should be familiar with international processes, particularly those of the USA, UK or Australia. Sales experience would be advantageous, as the role may involve upselling or cross-selling products or services.

- Experienced candidates having expertise in handling US Inbound & Outbound Process good in communication and writing skills.

Job Type : Full Time

Experience : 6+ years in US Inbound & Outbound Process

Shift : US Shift (06:30 PM to 04:30 AM)

Week Offs :

- 2 days fixed Week Offs during Winter

- 1 day fixed Week Off during Summer due to high demand (As per US Calendar and business requirements)

Shift Timing :

- US Shift

- During Winter: 8 AM to 5 PM CST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

- During Summer: 7 AM to 5 PM CST (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) (As per US Time Zone, depending upon business requirements and Daylight Saving)

- Graveyard Shift

- 12 PM to 10 PM CST (10:30 PM to 8:30 AM IST)

Working Days : 5/6 days

Location : Mohali (Chandigarh)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee the entire HVAC process, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Drive the team towards achieving set goals and objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Act as an individual contributor in booking appointments/converting estimates into sales/Accounts & purchases

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the HVAC process and enhance team productivity.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present regular reports on HVAC process performance to senior management.

- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Coordinate in real-time with the team of technicians in the field, providing support and ensuring timely completion of jobs.

- Handle purchases and manage accounts for the HVAC process..

- Oversee procurement of necessary materials and parts

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Ensure all protocols and regulations are followed by the team.

What Skills You Need To Have -

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the HVAC or similar industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior managerial role.

- Proven experience in managing similar processes and leading teams to achieve high performance.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

- Proficiency in using software and tools.

- Demonstrated ability to convert estimates into sales and achieve targets.

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

- Experience in handling purchases, accounts, and inventory management.
