Position : Sr. Manager/Business Development Manager
Working Day : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Timing : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Location : Vidyavihar (East)
Job Description :
New Client Acquisition :
- Lead Generation
- Meeting up with various CHRO's and TA leads and presenting R2R's value preposition
- Sales Strategies
- Doing background check of companies to identify company culture and trends
- Getting exclusive mandates from clients
- Attending various HR meets
Client Management :
- Managing existing set of clients
- Developing rapport with various HR's
- Developing Existing Clients
- Analyze Clients
- Reference Generation
- Build relationships with key customers
- Ensure the delivery team is effectively able to service the clients
- Overcome challenges faced by the Delivery team
- Cross Selling to existing clients.
- identifying scope to increase revenue from existing clients by cross selling or upselling
Team Management :
- Monthly and Quarterly Reports
- Hire and Train New team members
- Set Individual and team targets and monitor the same
- Identifying gaps in team performance and upskilling the same
- New initiatives which shall pump up the team
- Looking for continuous new process improvements
- Ensuring monthly 1500 unique leads are added in Corefactors
Revenue Management :
- Getting leadership roles above 50 lacs and 1Cr from clients
- Revenue Generation
- Working with marketing team for effective email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Ensuring all positions received are with an avg ticket size of 1 Lacs+
Goal :
- Being a part of a core leadership team that is committed to take a leap to the next level
- Ensuring Marketing activity is aligned with Leads to be generated Per Year/Month
- Increase customer retention
- Increase conversion rates from all channels
- Increase productivity
