Manager - Business Development - HR Services (1-5 yrs)
- The BDM will be responsible for promoting HR Services and acquiring new clients and additional business from existing clients to meet the company objective and business Targets. The major roles and responsibilities would include :
- Working closely with Stakeholders to devise monthly/quarterly business plans and executing the same to acquire New Business.
- Generate leads and build a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to targeted prospects through personalized communication leveraging multiple outreach channels.
- Build and nurture client relationships with decision-makers to uncover business opportunities.
- Facilitate and set up meetings of prospects, participate in a joint call, and assist them in bringing the deal to closure for new client acquisition.
- Enhance relationships with the existing clients and present new products & services to them.
- Management and Research, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to an increase in sales.
- Work closely with colleagues & stakeholders to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Impart business development training and mentoring to colleagues.
- Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly reports to have constructive discussions to plan and execute improvements to meet the business targets.
