Responsibilities :
1. Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties that can be acquired to do business with OYO.
2. Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many.
3. Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them on board our platform.
4. Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes live on the OYO platform.
5. Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners.
6. Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area.
7. Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYO's Operations/Revenue team.
Required Skills :
- Networking ability.
- Proofreading of legal contracts.
- Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing)
- Good negotiation skills.
- Analytical ability.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Number of Sellable Rooms signed/made live month on month.
- Gross margin derived from the properties signed.
