Manager - Business Development - Hotel (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO
- Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them onboard our platform
- Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live on OYO platform
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYO's Operations/Revenue team
Required Skills:
- Networking ability
- Proof reading of legal contracts
- Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing)
Good negotiation skills
Analytical ability
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of Sellable Rooms signed / made live month on month
- Gross margin derived from the properties signed
What we are looking for:
- 2 to 7 years of experience
- Experience of B2B sales/client onboarding
- Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage
- Candidate should have experience in Lead Generation, Client Onboarding/B2B Sales
