Responsibilities :

(1) Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties that can be acquired to do business with OYO.

(2) Meet property owners and sell OYO's vision of providing comfortable stays for many.

(3) Build a joint business plan with the property owners to have a profitable business association and bring them on board our platform.

(4) Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes live on the OYO platform.

(5) Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners.

(6) Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area.

(7) Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and OYO's Operations/Revenue team.

Required Skills :

(1) Networking ability

(2) Proofreading of legal contracts

(3) Soft Skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, Email writing)

(4) Good negotiation skills

(5) Analytical ability

Key Performance Indicators :

(1) Number of Sellable Rooms signed/made live month on month.

(2) Gross margin derived from the properties signed.

What we are looking for :

(1) 2 to 7 years of experience

(2) Experience in B2B sales/client onboarding

(3) Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry would be an added advantage

CTC : Upto 12 LPA Including 20% Variable.

(4) Candidate should have experience in Lead Generation, Client Onboarding/B2B Field Sales.

- QSR (McD, Burger King, Dominos, , CCD, Haldirams)

- Franchise BDMs (Lenskart, Tumbledry, Firstcry)

- Companies where BDMs are required to deal with premium property owners/developers/ brokers for setting up their units or franchises - which is exactly WHAT SOB BDMs need to do.
