We have opening for Business Development Manager with our leading client.

Exp:- 3-6 Years

Location:- Bangalore (Koramangala 4th Block)

Notice Period:- Immediate - 15 Days

Working Days:- Mon - Sat ( 2nd And 4Th Saturday will be Week Off, Sunday will be fixed OFF)

Job Description :

- Should have sales experience in Hospitality Industry and be able to sell Business.

- Will carry substantial sales numbers & targets

- Identifying new prospective clients & focus on closure of deals.

- Work closely with Technology, Delivery & Staffing team to deliver to customers.

- Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses across verticals/geography

- Interacting with C-level, VP IT, IT Directors etc. getting immediate opportunities and schedule meetings.

- Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the companies.

- Review prospective clients on a regular basis.

- Measuring market risk like growing competition

- Planning & coordinating with cross functional teams for executing the clients need

-Have to be instrumental in dealing with the clients for billing & collection.

- Meeting Sales Targets in terms of Clients acquired

- Interaction with corporate to make them understand about our projects
 
Desired profile :

- Should have prior experience in client acquisition & closure of deals of at least 3 years.

- Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.

-Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
