Manager - Business Development - HORECA (6-15 yrs)
Position: Business Development Manager - HORECA
Job Description: Responsible for managing and growing sales in all HORECA formats.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with all existing HORECA
- Creating and executing availability for enhancing visibility by driving trade marketing initiatives & programs
- Add accounts by mapping the universe & planning coverage and activation
- Responsible for growing sales
- Coverage of HORECA universe in the territory
- HORECA accounts defined as: Hotel, Restaurant, Caterers & Flight Kitchen
- Service accounts through a team of executives for the specified geography
- Ensure the profitability & distribution capability for the HORECA sales segment
- Work on range selling & cross selling initiatives at existing accounts.
- Follow-up of payments
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Go-getter with an enthusiastic approach towards the job
- Work experience of 7-8 years in dealing with key HORECA accounts in FMCG (Food) category. Packaged food category experience preferred
- Leadership qualities to build and manage a team
- Good communication skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Graduate level education minimum. Post-graduate preferred.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Based in Mumbai
