Manager - Business Development - Home Automation (3-8 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Plan - develop global business plan, target territory and account plans, and annual/quarterly forecasts tied to company booking objectives.
- Sell - identify, contact, promote, qualify, and close new sales for Blaze's IOT based product line.
- Lead - Build and manage an international distribution network capable of marketing and selling the B.One product line.
- Manage - maintain strong business relationships with all new/existing clients to optimize customer satisfaction and repeat sales opportunities. Utilize on-line CRM to maintain up-to-date customer profiles, sales opportunities and forecasts
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations into targeted customer base.
- Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable.
- Create co-operative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models to drive growth.
Position Requirements
- MBA ( Will be given top priority)
- Bachelors / Engineering degree.
- Minimum 3 years- experience in Telecommunication sector or in the electronic industry.
- Matured relationship with key domain customers.
- Possess customer relationship in some of the key carrier accounts
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and data driven
- Successful pre-sales experience in large projects.
- Experience delivering presentations.
- Experience leading a Multidisciplinary team of people from different departments.
- Achievement Driven, forward thinking, information sharing, effective communicator, people networking, team player.
