The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Distributor/Customer and build up the business.
Develop Distributor/Customer to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with company.
Drive sales for the company through their team of Distributor/Customer, motivate them and their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Minimum age required 22 year with work experience (with 1 year in field sales).
