Manager - Business Development - Healthcare (5-8 yrs)

- MBA, welcome from leading colleges and universities.
- 5+ years of rich experience in the healthcare domain domain
Responsibilities :
- Build a consistent funnel of prospects for transition care and Home care business. It is expected that you will cultivate these consultants to refer patients to companies for its Transition care center and for its Managed care line of businesses
Achieve the targets
- Your role involves Increasing the sales funnel and increase sales conversion ratio
- Build partnerships with in the eco system by Scouting for more exclusive partnerships
- Both with institutions, consultants or coordinators
- Improve sales efficiency
- Achieve the sales target for the month/ quarter/year
- Setting the company's sales and marketing strategy and building sales collateral
- Create and manage the business development process
- Manage customer relationships by building individual customer accounts.
- Build a high-performance work culture within the team
- Ensure team champions organizational goals.
