Business Development Manager (Patient Referral from Doctors)
Candidates should be from Multispecialty hospitals
Responsibilities:
- Have a good network of doctors in Bangalore / Hyderabad.
- Get good referral patients from doctors.
- Should have a good connect with socially influential people in and around Bangalore
- Act as a single point of contact for all marketing activities of societies/corporates.
- Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure
they understand our value proposition.
- Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services.
- Create or increase interest in our service offerings.
- Should generate a maximum number of IPD patients.
- Referral patient generation.
Job Requirements:
- MBA/any PG - Healthcare Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience 5 to 7 years, preferably in hospitals of Bangalore/Hyderabad
- Open to a start-up environment
- Go getter attitude
- Ability to develop and maintain good public relations
- Target driven.
- Should be fluency in Kannada, English & Hindi or Telugu & Tamil
- Prepared immediate joiner
