Manager - Business Development - Healthcare (3-10 yrs)

Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at JV Medical Centre. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the business development process for our medical centre facilities. Our target segment comprises healthcare providers - diagnostics labs, specialty clinics, pharmacy, specialists, etc. Reporting to the Business Development Head, you will collaborate closely with the property management and operations team to ensure that our tenants have a safe and comfortable environment to operate in. You will be responsible for maintaining tenant relationships and ensuring that all business development documentation is up to date and accurate. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with our tenant partners.

Responsibilities :

i. As a Business Development Manager at JV Medical Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business development process from initial contact with prospective tenants to lease execution and beyond. You will prepare business development layouts, zoning plans, brand mix, and revenue projections for the individual centres and at the consolidated level.

ii. You shall develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing tenants, brokers, and other key partners in the industry to maximize occupancy rates and reach.

iii. We expect you to prepare and present business development proposals, conduct market research, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that our properties meet or exceed current market standards.

iv. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure business development agreements are compliant with master agreements, local regulations, and company policies, while also negotiating business development terms and rates. v. In addition, you shall provide regular reports to senior management on occupancy rates, marketing strategies, and business development activity to aid in strategic decision-making.

vi. You will manage tenant relations by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns and developing solutions to improve the overall tenant experience.

Requirements :

i. Develop and implement business development strategies to maximize occupancy rates.

ii. Maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare and related trends.

iii. Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate trends - rentals, supply, offtake.

iv. Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and existing occupants through exceptional customer service.

v. Collaborate with the property management team to maintain a high standard of property appearance and functionality.

vi. Produce regular reports on business development activity and financial performance for senior management review.

vii. Continuously improve business development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
