A Business Development Executive will work to improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Business Development Managers will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Job Description:
New Business Development :
- To identify & reach out potential clients to build long term mutually beneficial relations.
- Maintain & leverage the existing network of clients to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Plans, approaches and pitches. Works with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Negotiate & terms & offerings for best possible outcome
- Define SOPs & ensure its adherence by the service providers
- Vendor on-boarding and product listing to be done
- Ensure customer journey at the service provider to be a WOW experience
Client Retention :
- Work with the client to introduce/modify his/her product services to ensure long term business growth
- Address & resolve any vendor grievance pro-actively
Business Development Planning :
- Track competition & other market trends w.r.t. to the services/consultations and provide feedback and information on market & creative needs.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions.
