Our goal, having been in operation for more than a year, is to provide surgeons and their patients with top-notch services. Through the use of technology, we want to enhance the healthcare ecosystem by connecting and synchronizing the surgical path of patients, hospitals, and surgeons. The platform uses a business-to-business (B2B) approach with top hospitals and doctors to offer patients end-to-end services.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors) via various sources/referrals
- Understand doctor's profile & day to day challenges to explain the benefits of our services
- Pitch value proposition and services to showcase to doctors how can transform their day-to-day surgical practice
- Build a monthly sales pipeline by visiting doctors in your assigned territory
- Rigorous & structured follow ups with clients to ensure deal closures and assigned targets
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Work on finding new avenues for lead generation
- Involves 75% traveling (on ground sales)
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Should have a Graduate degree or MBA
- Natural extrovert
- Hunter instinct to chase down monthly expectations and targets
- Hustle & getting things done attitude is a must
- Strong customer focus is very important
- Good communication & time management skills
- Basic phone & email etiquettes to address client queries & resolutions
- Want to build a career in healthcare business development & marketing
- Healthcare background is a plus
