Job Description
1. Recruit a Team of Agents / Advisors to sell Health Insurance products on comisiion basis.
2. Train the Agents/Advisors on sales process / selling process and life insurance products.
3. Develop the Agents/Advisors on selling skills by demonstrating sales, by joined sales call.
4. Engage and Manage the team of Agents/Advisors on a daily basis to generate Health Insurance Business
5. Motivate the team of Agents/Advisors to achieve more, by setting GOALS,
6. Drive Agents/Advisors on company Rewards & Recognition, incentive and contest schemes.
6. Achieve assigned Business Parameters on Recruitment, Activisation, Premium Collection, Number of Policy
Desired Profile:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
Experience in Sales in Banking, Financial Service, or Insurance will be preferred.

- Skill sets to handle a team of agents to achieve the business goals
b. Domain Knowledge
- Sound domain knowledge of the health insurance policies and practice in India
