Manager - Business Development - Health Insurance (1-9 yrs)
HIRING FOR HEALTH CARE INSURANCE : BDM / ABDM
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Job Purpose :
- The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (freelancer) & support / train them to
- Enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Roles and Responsibility :
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing in Order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
- Provide on the job training & manage and monitor performance of Advisors so that they can Achieve their goals.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain persistency for the policies procured by team of Advisors to overall achieve the Profitability of the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferably from Stand Alone Health Insurance Company or General Insurance (Health)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Salaries :
BDM - Upto 7 Lakhs
ABDM - Upto 6 Lakhs
