Manager - Business Development - Hardware Products (3-9 yrs)
1. Work experience in Direct sales, B2B sales/Corporate sales/Enterprise Sales in Hardware Products (Security Cameras, CCTV, Digital Door Locks, Laptop, Firewall, Access Control, Attendance System etc.)
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
3. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product features.
6. Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and work towards closing deals effectively, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
7. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activity, opportunities, and market trends to the management team.
8. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to provide strategic insights for product positioning and business development efforts.
9. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions to offer relevant and informed solutions to clients.
