Manager - Business Development - Government Tenders & Contracts Acquisition (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing government tenders and contracts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, strong networking skills, and the ability to develop strategic business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and other contracting opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including proposal writing, documentation, and submission.
- Develop relationships with key government agencies, procurement officers, and decision-makers.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Prepare competitive bids.
- Maintain a database of government tenders and track performance metrics.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
