Manager - Business Development - Gifting Solution (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

2. Client Acquisition: Personally identify and target potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our customized merchandise and corporate gifting solutions.

3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, providing guidance to the team to ensure cohesive execution.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and provide mentorship to the team on effective client engagement.

5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, guiding the team on strategic approaches.

6. Pipeline Management: Oversee and contribute to the maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.

8. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, fostering a highperformance culture and providing ongoing coaching and support.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in business development and sales, with experience in team

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Skills for Team Leadership

- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire the sales team.

- Ability to set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and drive team performance.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage both personal and team priorities
