Designation - Business Development Manager
Location - Goa
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Working Time - Rotational Shifts
The candidate is expected to understand and speak any one of these languages - Kannada/Tamil/ Telugu
Role - As a Manager of Business Development in a casino setting, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the business, and developing strategic partnerships within the casino industry.
- Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, attract and retain customers, and enhance the overall profitability of the casino.
- You will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to execute business development strategies, drive marketing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the casino's objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, such as partnerships, joint ventures, and market entries, to expand the casino's reach. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify areas for growth and competitive advantage.
Partnership Development and Relationship Management:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the casino industry, such as entertainment companies, hotels, tourism boards, and other relevant entities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance the casino's brand and revenue streams.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and promotional activities to maximize value and drive business growth.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that attract new customers and increase customer engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market trends to tailor marketing initiatives and optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts. Ensure brand consistency and enhance the casino's image through marketing activities.
Sales and Revenue Optimization:
Lead the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and meet business targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement and revenue optimization. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including high-value customers, VIP programs, and group bookings.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and market potential.
- Use market insights to inform business decisions, product development, and strategic planning.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Team Leadership and Collaboration :
- Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, promoting cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as operations, finance, and marketing.
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication and alignment of business development efforts.
Reporting and Performance Evaluation :
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities, revenue performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of business development initiatives.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of business development strategies and adjust plans as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Min 10 year of relevant exp
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the casino or gaming industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the casino industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and customer preferences.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
