Job Description
Urgent Opening for " BDM " for a leading Furniture Industry.
Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates should be from Furniture/Furnishing/Building Materials/Construction Industry
Responsibilities :
1.Understand the Organization Business strategies/ plans by HOD and lay down a road map for Business Development vertical.
2. Create Monthly Business Development plan and execute with an approval by HOD.
3.Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization to bring out new Business Leads.
4.Fixing up appointments and meeting the clients (Architects, Builders, Projects, Corporate) with Business presentations, proposals, and finalization of Business deals.
5.Building a relationship with prospective potential clients and maintain regular follow up for enhancing business leads.
6.Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders for High-value leads.
7.Maintain track of all existing customers and sending mail communication or meeting them in person time to time with all new arrival of products & services.
8.Analyze the market situations, competitors selling proposition to find ways for increasing the Business opportunities.
9.Leading the team and ensure regular cold calls on geographic specific to lay down the pipeline for Business opportunities.
10. Handling BDE team and direct them for regular field visits. Review regularly the status and support them in lead generation.
11. Monthly MIS and presentation to the Senior/Top Management on the progress of the Business Target achievements.
Experience - 6 - 10 Years
Compensation:
3,50,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Travelling Allowances, Incentives depends upon performance
