Manager - Business Development - Franchisee Expansion - Retail Brand (10-30 yrs)
We are looking out for Business Development Manager with Top Retail Brand- Mumbai.
Candidates who has the exposures of opening stores/franchisee of Fashion Retail like Apparels, Bags, Shoes or QSR like Dominos, Dunkin Donut etc will be a perfect fit.
And Also if the person is into selling Retail Space of Malls to various brand will also be considered.
Job Role :
- Responsible for identifying and signing up suitable commercial retail properties for opening new retail stores across India, which would include Retail property search management, coordinating with key channels like property developers, landlords, project consultants.
- Identify and act on opportunities to build strategic relationships with partners and regional teams, to help achieve business goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; initiate, build and sustain client relationships; including negotiations, serve as a first point of escalation for internal/ external customer concerns if/when they arise.
- Help open the new stores within the budgeted timelines as well as support existing stores.
